Laser profiling services are offered in house utilising our 6kw fibre laser cutter. The machine runs a twin bed system allowing material to be loaded whilst the other bed is cutting, this greatly increases efficiency and processing.
Our machine has the capability to cut:
- Carbon Steel (inc. hardened wear plate) up to 30mm thickness
- Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Bronze and Copper up to 16mm thickness
- Any shape to a maximum size of 1500mm x 3000mm
Our machine also has a tube cutter for rapidly processing hollow sections like round pipe, square or rectangular box section, angle and beam. This process is ideal for scallops, slots, holes, etc., that need to be accurately positioned within an 8m length.
Tube cutter capacity:
- Circular hollow section (CHS) up to 200mm diameter & 25mm thickness
- Rectangular and square hollow section (RHS and SHS) 200 x 200 x 25mm thickness
